The ONS Inventory Process

ONS consultants follow a strict process when performing a Technology Inventory:

• Gather all known information from Management Staff,

• Prepare Equipment Map and Inventory Schedule based on information,

• Visit site locations to inventory known equipment,

• Install Hardware / Software applications to inventory systems and Remove them when completed,

• Investigate unknown equipment if applicable,

• Prepare Inventory Report,

• Present Report and findings to Management.
